Here you can have a look at the pictures, which were the result of an unusual and unprecedented inspiration: the international circumstances we all have been facing during the past months.
The vision pictures and embraces the idea of a new normal, envisioning creative young people at home during quarantine. With a routine made of video calls, house chores, remote work and digital social gatherings, it has never been so clear the importance of creativity in the development of different perspectives by playing with every object available.
This leads to the creation of a modern oracle that, dressed in everyday and ready-made objects, evokes the denim dress designed by the twenty shortlisted students. In front of 3 predominant colors – yellow, pink and black – the oracle turns on itself motionless, making symbolic gestures while standing on a rotating platform representing the compass. Standing for the North-East-South-West symbol, it alludes to the various calls that from afar have allowed friends and family to keep in touch all around the world.
The pictures represent a collective of individuals, isolated but united in a colorful party full of everyday objects, balloons, flowers and light whilst showing in detail all the garment realized by ISKO I-SKOOL™ 7 finalists.
